A Beverage is in liquid form and which is play an important role in satisfying thirst in the Human body. Most probably all people like to drink beverages due to hot temperature. Types of Beverages are Water, Tea, Coffee, Lassi, Soft drinks, Hot drinks, Juices, Milk, Alcohol etc…

Soup is liquid food and made form combination vegetables with water, vegetable stock or any liquid. Generally, it consumes hot or lukewarm as well and it can be eaten with salad. It mostly consumes in winter days due to cold. It helps to stay warm and cozy while winter season. Types of soup are cream soup, clear soup, thick soup and their different examples are Tomato soup, Corn soup, Vegetable clear soup, Man chow soup, Avocado soup, etc…

Appetizer foods are the small dish which served before a meal. It can be eaten hot or cold. Another name of it is “Starter Food” because it can be eaten before the meal. Most probably it eats during cocktail hour. There are different types of Appetizer that is depends on Cuisine, but in India, most common Starter seems like to be Cheese balls, Paneer 65, Chat, Cutlets, etc…

The Gravy or Curry’s are the main dish which is usually eaten with the Indian bread i.e. Roti, Naan or Rice. In India, it is generally made with Indian spices, which tastes traditionally and spices are made with natural plants, fruits. Types of Curry’s are in India Paneer Tikka Masala, Palak (Spinach) Paneer, Cabbage Curry, and Okra Curry, Jack-fruit curry, Eggplant Curry, etc…

 

 

 

Parathas

Parathas

Parathas are Indian flattened bread which can be eaten with curd, pickle, and sauces. It is made from spiced vegetable stuffed with wheat.  It can be plain parathas also which is made with whole wheat, some spices, and oil or ghee. Traditionally, it is made with using ghee but oil also can be used. Types of Parathas are Cauliflower (Gobhi) Paratha, Broccoli Paratha, Potato (Aloo) Paratha, etc…

Desserts are a sweet dish which is including in main meal. It is generally eaten after the main course. It usually consists of sweet foods.It is made up with cane sugar (jaggery), palm sugar, honey or any sweeten substance. In some country, there is no tradition of the dessert course due to nature or environment.  There are many varieties of desserts in India like Gulab Jamun, Rasmalai, Jilebi, Badusha, Rabadi, Ice-cream, Rasgulla, Gujiya, etc…
