Tomato Soup is very famous soup all over the world and generally, it serves before the main meal. It is very tasty, creamy and semi-spicy recipe. You can add or remove ingredients according to your taste. Without croutons also can be served and it tastes good too. But croutons will enhance soup tastes. Due to good taste and availability, it has great value.

Instructions
Tomato Puree Making
  1. Rinse tomatoes with water 2-3 times and keep aside.
  2. Take 5-6 cups of water into the saucepan or pot.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of salt into the water and keep it to a boil.
  4. After this add tomatoes into the boiling water and cover with a lid. Switch off the flame.
  5. Keep the tomatoes immersed in the water up to 20 minutes.
  6. A once tomato cools down or rinse the hot water and add some cold water in the same saucepan and pill off tomatoes.
  7. Roughly chop the tomatoes and put it in blender jar.
  8. Blend it properly until it a smooth puree.
Croutons Making
  1. Take 2-3 bread slices chop it into the 1-2 inches square in size.
  2. Brush some butter over the chopped bread.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake it at 200 degrees Celsius until it becomes brown. (approximately 5-10 minutes)
  4. If you don’t have an oven, then fry until it becomes brown in color on low flame.
  5. Take off and keep aside into the paper napkin.
Tomato Soup Making
  1. Heat saucepan or pot and add 1 teaspoon of butter.
  2. Add crushed garlic in a pan cook for 5 seconds
  3. Then add chopped onion mix well and cook until becomes translucence.
  4. Add salt and pepper and again mix well.
  5. Now add tomato puree and give a quick stir. Add some water. Let the soup come to the boil, on medium flame.
  6. Meanwhile, make a smooth paste of 1 teaspoon cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water and add in a soup and stir well for 3-4 minutes. Add sugar and stir well.
  7. Now add fresh cream and boil for a couple of minutes.
  8. Pour hot Tomato Soup into the bowl.
Plating
  1. Take hot Tomato soup in a bowl.
  2. Add some fresh cream.
  3. Then add bread croutons.
  4. And garnish with parsley or coriander. Now enjoy your "hot creamy Tomato soup with Croutons".
