Cheese Balls

Cheese Balls are made by mainly cheese which is covered by different flours.

This can be made by different varieties. It’s really very delicious and easy to cook you will need only 20-30 minutes for whole preparation.

Cheese Balls making
  1. Boil 2 medium sized potatoes until they cooked completely.
  2. Once it cools down peel it completely and mashes them with the help of potato masher.
  3. Add salt, pepper, chili powder,garam masala, chat masala and add 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour.
  4. Add some parsley or coriander and mix it well.
  5. Check the seasoning, make a dough and keeps it aside.
  6. Now cut the cheese into the 1 inch small cubes.
  7. Take 1 inch small cheese cube and take lemon sized potato dough and stuffed the cheese cube in between potato dough, make balls from it.
  8. Repeat the process and make other balls from it.
  9. Make a paste of cornstarch and water.
  10. Take one cheese ball immerse in the cornstarch paste.
  11. After these take breadcrumbs on a plate, remove cheese balls from corn starch paste and role on the breadcrumbs and keep it aside.
  1. Heat the oil into deep Kadhai or deep pan.
  2. Oil should be hot enough.
  3. Take some small cheese ball and check it first, if cheese ball is not breaking and it coming up then your oil is ready to fry.
  4. Then add other remaining cheese balls. Turn over with the help of small spoon or fork.
  5. Fry them till it becomes golden in color and crisp.
  6. Remove it on a paper napkin.
  7. Your “Yummy Cheesy Balls” are ready.
  8. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
Recipe Notes

I have used 1-inch small cheese cube for making cheese balls and stuffed in potato dough. Instead of this process you can grate the cheese in potato mixture and make a balls.
