Corn soup is made from corn, especially sweet corn. Sweet corn is mainly found in America that’s why it called American sweet corn also. Now it produces all over the world.

Instructions
Sweet Corn Paste Making
  1. Take ¼ cup of sweet corn into the blender jar.
  2. Add ¼ cup of water in it.
  3. And make a smooth paste, keep aside.
Sweet Corn Soup Making
  1. Take the saucepan or large pot adds 1 tablespoon butter and switches on the flame.
  2. Add chopped beans, spring onion and carrot, sauté for 2 minutes. Also, add corn paste and stir.
  3. Then add 2 cups of water, boil until all veggies cooked at low flame.
  4. Now add a teaspoon of vinegar or lemon juice.
  5. Meanwhile, make a smooth paste of 1 teaspoon cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water.
  6. Add this paste to the soup stir well check the constituency, if required adds some more water. Simmer 2-3 more minutes or till corn flour paste cooked.
  7. Then add salt and some black pepper as per your taste and check the seasoning.
  8. Once veggies become soft. Pour hot sweet corn soup into the bowl.
  9. Garnish with parsley or coriander.
  10. Your Sweet corn soup is ready to serve hot, Enjoy with breadsticks or salad.
Recipe Notes

I have used very few veggies but if you like to add more veggies you can add chopped cauliflower, green peas, potato, etc
